Day 1: Arrival In Madrid

On your arrival in Madrid, meet our representative and you will be transferred to your hotel. Unwind for a while and then you can explore your surroundings.

Day 2: Madrid Sightseeing Tour With Prado Museum

Today morning, proceed for a half day guided tour of Madrid. See the main sights including Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, Plaza de los Cibeles and much more, then enjoy an in-depth guided tour of the world-famous Prado to study works by the likes of Hieronymus Bosch, El Greco, Velazquez and Goya. Discover the wealth of grandiose Renaissance and baroque architecture bequeathed by the Habsburg and Bourbon monarchs while driving through the Puerta Del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Plaza de la Villa. Continue towards the Royal Palace – the largest in Europe – and the famous Cibeles and Neptuno fountains, and the Puerta de Alcala. Explore contemporary Madrid with boulevards such as Gran Via, Paseo de la Castellana, the upmarket district of Salamanca, Plaza de Castilla, Parque del Oeste, the university, the emblematic Las Ventas Bullring and the Bernabeu Stadium. Visit the Prado Museum, home to some of the greatest artworks ever created, and study the works of four masters. Later in the afternoon you are free to explore Madrid on your own. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: Transfer From Madrid To Barcelona

Today check-out and travel on your own to the Madrid railway station to take the high speed train to Barcelona. After 3 hours, you will reach Barcelona, the Catalonian capital. Walk to your hotel and check-in and relax for some time.

Day 4: Full Day Montessarat + Barcelona Highlights

Today take a air conditioned coach journey out of Barcelona and climb the majestic mountains of Montserrat to a height of over 1,200m. Shaped over the centuries by erosion from wind and rain, the rocks up here have taken remarkable forms and inspired myths and legends for centuries. Visit the stunning Abbey of Santa Maria of Montserrat, built in the 11th century and home to a highly important shrine of the Virgin of Montserrat, also known as “The Black Virgin”. Then head back into the city to take in the best works of one of Catalonia’s favourite sons, Antoni Gaudí. Visit the spectacular and famously unfinished Basilica de la Sagrada Familia, the spectacular, modernist Parc Güell and Paseo de Gracia, which features the famous Casa Batllò and la Pedrera. Learn the history and admire the beauty of these structures as your guide leads you through the centre of Barcelona.

Day 5: Departure From Barcelona

Today we head back home after a fun filled and wonderful tour. Check-out after breakfast and head for the airport for your flight home. We hope you carry some wonderful and magnificent memories of your holiday and request you to spare a few minutes, in giving us a feedback about your holiday.
