Can I customize my holiday online?
Yes, we allow you to make changes to your holiday, add flights, change hotels, add or remove activities, change transport (sharing or private) online itself and then buy.
How much do I need to pay to book online?
We are flexible about payments and you can block your holiday by just paying 25% of the total amount. Remaining can be paid 21 days before travel.
After I make a booking, how long will I wait to receive my voucher?
The moment you complete your initial payment, we reserve your flights (if selected) and hotels. Once the final payment is done we release your confirmation vouchers.
What documents do I need to carry with me while traveling?
Before traveling we provide you with a confirmation voucher (which carries your flight and hotel confirmations) and a day-wise itinerary. The day-wise itinerary gives you exact timings of airport transfers, tours, pickups and activities.
How do I get on travel assistance during my tour?
TripFactory is the only holiday company which provides 24x7 live conceirge and assistance while you are traveling on a mobile app called telegram. The instructions to download telegram are communicated a day or 2 in advance before your travel starts.
Is it possible for me to make changes to my booking once the booking is done?
Yes, it's possible to make amendments in your travel arrangements. You can email us your amendment request at email@example.com. Please be informed that amendments will be accepted only in accordance with the respective airline, hotel policies and terms and conditions.
How can I make payments?
You can choose to pay by credit/debit cards or bank transfers to our account.
Is my payment secure?
You can be safe in the knowledge that we're using third party secure payment gateways to process your payment. If you choose to 'save card information', your credit card and debit card details are tokenized and encrypted and stored securely with our payment gateways.
Useful Tips Before Booking
All passengers traveling to Andamans have to undergo RT-PCR Covid test and carry a negative PCR Test report with them issued by an ICMR recognized laboratory to avoid inconvenience at Port Blair airport within 48 hours of their arrival.
Ferry for Ross Island leaves at fixed timings and request you to ensure at WSC at the given time.
July - August is generally rainy season in Andamans and beaches may be closed if climatic conditions are not favorable .Water sports activities and excursions may be subject to weather conditions.
If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the return journey to your origin.
Due to limited ferries guest may have to wait until their ferries is allotted and we have no control over the wait time
In case ferry (Makruzz, Coastal Cruise and Green Ocean etc.) is not operational due to weather conditions, technical issues or other unavoidable reasons, We shall make the best possible alternate arrangements. However, We will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this and will not be held responsible for cancellation of ferry
Please carry change of clothes, towel, cap, sunglasses, sunscreen and wear comfort clothing for doing water sports
Andamans overall has poor network connectivity hence phones and internet may not work properly. BSNL works the best in almost all island in Andaman
Andamans overall has very limited ATM’s so we suggest to carry sufficient cash as the EDC Machines (Machines to swipe card) may not work due to poor network
Language and food culture is influenced by Bengal and Tamil Nadu
No pharmacies except in Port Blair (Suggest to carry general medicines )
Cars provided will not be at disposal. It will be at point to point service (customer need to adhere the time line mentioned by the local coordinator to avoid inconvenience)
Passengers will not be allowed to board the cab in case of wet cloths during tour. Eco-changing rooms (provided by the local authorities) are available at all beaches
Itineraries may change according to weather conditions and delays
It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID
Please do not click pictures in the Portblair Airport, as it is a Defence Airport
All hotels in Andaman have an early morning check out time (8 AM) and late checkout is provided at the discretion of the hotel management. Luggage can be kept in reception post check out
The days when you leave early morning for Sightseeing, you need to collect your packed breakfast from the hotel
While going to Cellular Jail ,please take a guide which is Rs:200 for you to understand the history of the place (Not compulsion)
Since it is a Coastal area it is advised to carry light clothes, sun glasses and sun screen
Cellular Jail is closed on Monday and on all Govt holidays. Ross Island is closed on Wednesday and Govt holidays
Museums at Port Blair are closed on Govt holidays. (Samudrika Marine is closed on Mondays and Anthropological Museum is closed on Thursday)
Glass bottom boat ride, snorkelling, water sports are at an extra cost at North Bay. (Approx Cost for Snorkelling is Rs 500/- PP for 20-25 mi ns & Glass Bottom Ride is 1500/- PP for 15 mins. Cost may change subject to availability)
Diving and Sea Walk can be done at an extra cost at North Bay. (Approx cost for Sea Walk is Rs 3500/- PP & Jet Ski is Rs 1000/- PP. Cost may change subject to availability)
You cannot go the Radhanagar beach after sunset, so please manage your time accordingly or instructed by the local tour coordinator
If Elephant beach is non-operational, Nemo Reef/ Kala Patthar will be arranged as an alternative or any other option as recommended by the local tour coordinator
Guests who have pre-booked Scuba or Sea walk shall be provided the activity in Havelock as per time slot availability.
It is advisable to seek your doctor’s advice before undertaking activities like Scuba or Sea walk, especially in case of any pre-existing medical issues.
At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).

We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
Terms and Conditions
Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
In case a flight gets cancelled, we will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost, any additional cost incurred for the same shall be borne by the traveler.
If your stay falls on special dates (like 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc.) when hotel organize gala dinner, then there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges additional that you need to pay at the hotel directly.
Country guidelines may change without notice, hence do check travel rules and your eligibility for travel on the regulatory website of the respective country/state, before booking your travel.
Our Scope of Services
We are holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
You will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each service provider. For instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline, you will need to check the hotel rules to check what the mealtimes are, at which you should make yourself available. The company is not responsible / liable for the consequences if you breach such rules and regulations.
If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any monies from us for such injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same.
We cannot be held responsible / liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Date of booking to 31 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
30 to 16 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
15 to 8 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.
There will be also a service charge of 5% on total value in case of cancellation of Hotel/Land and 2.5% on total value for amendments by Tripfactory.
You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT or deposit cash Rs 1,99,000/- in adhereance to Income Tax ACT.
We charge non-refundable financing fees for overdue amounts: 1. Financing charges: 1% per day of pending amount, compounding per day 2. Processing charges for financing: 5% per week of pending amount or INR 10,000 per week, whichever is lower; from 2nd week.
We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after due date. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you.
If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed, we will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.
There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received by us as per the terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.
We will never ask you to pay in a personal account. Please always pay using our website or in our company bank account.
Amendment of Booking by Guest
If you wish to amend or change your booking, you have to communicate your request to us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Such requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that the amended or changed booking will be regarded as a new booking. In case the amendment is carried out within the cancellation period, then a cancellation charge shall apply as if a cancellation was made on the date the request for amendment or change is made. Please note the cancellation charges will be as per the airline and hotel policies. We will not levy any separate cancellation charges for amendment purposes.
