Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At Dambulla And Proceed To Habarana
Arrival at Dambulla in the morning and proceed to Habarana, visit Manawari Temple at Chilaw, Kali Amman temple. Drive through Wariyapola and overnight stay at Hotel in Dambulla.
Day 2: Dambulla To Kandy
After Breakfast proceed to Kandy. On the way visit the Dambulla rock cave temple and the Spice Garden in Matale. In the evening visit the Temple of tooth relic and witness the cultural show in Kandy. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 3: Kandy To Nuwara Eliya
After Breakfast proceed to Nuwara Eliya and visit Sri Bhakthar Hanuman Temple, Ramboda, Gayathri Pedam temple and Seetha Amman temple. Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.
Day 4: Nuwara Eliya - Day Excursion To Bandarawela
After breakfast proceed for day excursion to Bandarawela. Visit Seeta Amman Temple and Hakgala botanical gardens where King Ravana kept Seeta insisting to marry him. Thereafter proceed to Isthiripura cave where Seeta was kept as a prisoner. Proceed to Divurumpola Temple where seeta performed Agni Pariksha (proving her chastity). In the afternoon transfer to Bandarawela. Visit Ravana Ella water falls and Ravana Caves the 1st place Ravana hid Seeta. Return back to hotel at Nuwara Eliya in the evening.
Day 5: Nuwara Eliya To Colombo
Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to Colombo via visiting a gem mine in Ratnapura which is called as fabulous City of gems. Visit Seetawakka situated near Avissawella. Do a city & shopping tour of Colombo. Overnight stay in Colombo.
Day 6: Departure From Colombo
After breakfast proceed to airport in time to connect to the departure flight.
