Day 1: Arrival At Bangalore
Arrive Bengaluru. You will be met, assist and driven to Mysore (145 kms/ 3 hrs approx)– the city of Royal palaces, sandalwood and the manufacture of incense sticks. The city has a pleasant climate, some beautiful parks and was the former capital of the Princely state. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight in Mysore.
Day 2: Mysore To Bandipur
Proceed for a half day tour of Mysore. Visit Mysore Palace, a treasure house of exquisite carvings and works of art from all over the world. Visit Chamundi Hill, half way up to the top is Nandi, Lord Shiva's Bull- a majestic monolith. In the afternoon drive to Bandipur (80 kms / 2 hrs approx). Arrive Bandipur and check into your hotel. In the evening you can enjoy the Jeep Safari (Optional). Overnight in Bandipur.
Day 3: Bandipur To Vythri
Early morning enjoy the Jeep Safari (Optional). Return to the hotel for breakfast. Check out from the hotel & drive to Vythri (100 Kms/2.5 hrs approximately). Overnight in Vythri.
Day 4: Vythri Sightseeing Tour
Today the day is free to explore Vythri city. Overnight in Vythri.
Day 5: Vythri To Coorg
After breakfast drive to Coorg (150 kms / 3.5 hrs approx). Arrive Coorg and check into your hotel. Coorg or Kodagu (originally called Kodaimalenadu) means 'dense forest on steep hill'. Dubbed as the Scotland of India, this town has a lot to offer to the tourist. Overnight in Coorg.
Day 6: Coorg Sightseeing Tour
This morning after breakfast proceed for a visit of Talakaveri, where the river Kaveri originates and the place where only one of the two temples of Lord Brahma in India exists. Also visit Abbey falls. Optional visit to Dubare Elephant Camp – a one of its kind place wherein one can view elephants bathing, been groomed, fed, etc. One can enjoy elephant ride (subject to availability/Optional), Coracle ride. Overnight in Coorg.
Day 7: Coorg To Bangalore
After breakfast, drive to Bengaluru (265 kms / 6 hrs approx). Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Bengaluru.
Day 8: Departure From Bangalore
After breakfast transfer to the Bengaluru airport to board the flight for your onward destination.
