Day 1: Arrive Bangalore
Upon arrival at Bangalore Airport / Railway Station, you will be transferred to your hotel. Afternoon visit the Lalbagh Botanical Gardens, later drive to Vidhan Soudha, which houses the state Legislative Assembly and part of the secretariat, Cubbon Park, Ulsoor Lake and Commercial Street. Evening free for shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel in Bangalore.
Day 2: Bangalore To Mysore
Today you will drive to Mysore via Shravanabelagola, home to the massive 18 m monolithic Gomateshwara statue or Bahubali. Arrive Mysore and proceed to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure for shopping of famous Mysore Silk. Overnight stay at the hotel in Mysore.
Day 3: Mysore To Coorg
Proceed to Madikeri after check out at 01:00 pm. Madikeri is a beautiful hill station of Karnataka State. Madikeri lies on the Karnataka State Highway 88 that runs from Mysore to Mangalore. It is 120 km from Mysore. Stay at resort and day at leisure.
Day 4: Madikeri Sightseeing
Today visit Raja's Seat. Legend say that the local rajas used to watch the sunset from here. There is a nice garden and a beautiful panoramic view to the valley. In the middle of Madikeri, ask for directions from the point you are in and walk (or take a rickshaw). It's a fantastic scene during sunrise or sunset. Also visit Omkareshwara Temple, built in a Mohammedan style. Later proceed to visit Abbey Falls which is 7 to 9 km from Madikeri (depends where you are). Abbey Falls is a breathtaking waterfall where the Kaveri river cascades down a rockface. A hanging bridge has now been built across the gorge here offering a good view of the falls. Talakaveri (42 km from Madikeri), the source of the Cauvery River. Cauvery river starts here. You can see a very beautiful view of western ghats by climbing the Brahmagiri Hill. Day 5: Excursion To Dubare Forest, Nisargadhama And Golden Temple
At 10.00 am after breakfast check out of hotel. Visit Dubare forest, Nisargadhama and Golden Temple. The road passes through scenic rice fields and coffee estates. Activities include boat rides and rafting. Crossing the river to take you to the camp is quite adventurous. Overnight at Resort in Coorg.
Day 6: Coorg To Bangalore Departure
