Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival new Jalpaiguri Railway Station / (Ixb) Bagdogra Airport - Gangtok
On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport, (413 Feet / 126 Meters) you will be met by our office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (5412 Feet /1650 Meters, 130 Kms / 04 to 05 Hours). Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2: Gangtok – Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion
After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Feet / 3780 Meters / 43Kilo Meters in 3Hours one way from Gangtok) & Baba Mandir (13100Feet / 3994 Meters / 16Kilo Meters in 1Hours one way from Tshangu Lake. Situated at a height of 12400Feet / 3780 Meters / 43Kilo Meters in 3Hours one way, with an average depth of 50 Feet. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3: Transfer Kalimpong To Gangtok
After breakfast at hotel transfer to the Gangtok – 105 kilometers 2 – 2 ½ Hours drive to Gangtok - Capital of the Sikkim, Sikkim is one of the most beautiful hill station with varied options for tourist - It is known for the monastery, Orchids, High altitude Lake and butterflies – Gangtok suits all tourist due to its options i.e. tranquility to adventure, land of monastery, mystic rituals & festivals - Situated at an height of 1670 meters / 5480 feet and is the most visited spot of India - The road is along the River Teesta and is picturesque – Afternoon and evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Gangtok.
Day 4: Kalimpong - Darjeeling
Today after Breakfast visit Dello hills, Dr. Graham’s Home, Flower Nurseries, Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang and Durbin Dara Hills. Transfer to Darjeeling (6710 Feet / 2046 Meters, 70 Kilo Meters / 03 to 04 Hours), Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5: Darjeeling
Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (8482 Feet / 2586 Meters at around 4 AM) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast go for a half-day sight seeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Darjeeling Ropeway Ride (Ticket cost not included & will be approx INR 180.00 per person) Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) & panoramic view of Tea Estate. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6: Darjeeling - New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / (Ixb) Bagdogra Airport
After breakfast proceed to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport (413 Feet / 126 Meters,100 Kilo Meters / 03 to 04 Hours) for your onward connection / Journey.
