About the tour
It is an idyllic spot on top of a ridge, is surrounded by mist - shrouded mountains, it offers the most spectacular views of the Himalaya including Mount Kanchendzonga, Mount Makalu, Mount Pandim. Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 01 : Arrival New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Ixb To Pelling
- On arrival at New Jalpaiguri railway station
- / IXB Airport will be met by our office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to
- Pelling . Check in and overnight at Hotel.
Day 02 : Full Day Sightseeing In Pelling
- Go for a Whole Day sightseeing tour covering Rimbi Waterfalls, Rimbi Hydel Project, Khecheopalri Lake and Kanchenjunga Falls.
- Back to hotel for lunch. After lunch, cover Changey Falls, Singsor Bridge and Dentam Village (includes Alpine Cheese Factory).
- Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03 : Pelling To Gangtok
Transfer for Gangtok . Rest of the day at leisure , Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04 : Day Excursion To Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir. ( Timing Will Depend On The Issuance Of Permit )
- A day excursion to Tsomgo Lake - situated at a height of 3,780 Mts. with an average depth of 50 ft & Baba Mandir - The shrine
- maid in memory of sepoy Harbahajan Sing , Back to Gangtok, Overnight stay at hotel
Day 05 : Gangtok To Lachung ( Timing Will Depend On The Issuance Of Permit )
- After breakfast pick up from hotel at Gangtok and transfer to Lachung (altitude 8610 ft). Via Phodong, Mangan, Singik
- Chungthang and Maltim , Overnight stay at Lachung.
Day 06 : Excursion To Yumthang Valley
- Early Morning visit Yumthang- Valley ( Famous as Valley of variety of Rhododendron ), Yumthang is the summer grazing ground
- of the yaks and winter playgrounds of yetis. On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back
- to resort for lunch. Overnight stay at Lachung.
Day 07 : Lachung To Gangtok
After Breakfast transfer to Gangtok , Rest of the day free for Own activities , Overnight stay at hotel .
Day 08 : In Gangtok ( 03 + 07 Points )
- After breakfast proceed for Visit 03 Points – Hanuman Talk , Ganesh Talk and Tashi View Point , Later covering The Rumtek
- Monastery, Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms(Closed On Sunday), Do-Drul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology(Closed On
- Sunday) . Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 09 : Departure From Gangtok To New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Ixb
- Transfer to New Jalpaiguri railway station
- / IXB Airport, for onwards connection
