Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrive Leh
Arrival at Leh airport and transfer to the hotel. Complete day for own activities. Evening visit Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Overnight stay at Leh.
Day 2: Leh To Lamayuru To Sham
After breakfast drive to Lamayuru. Enroute visit Likir Monastery, Magnetic hill and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Post lunch drive to the mesmerizing moon landscapes and the Lamayuru monastery. Overnight stay at Sham.
Day 3: Sham To Leh
After breakfast drive to Leh. Enroute visit Alchi Monastery and Hall of Fame. Arrive Leh by afternoon. Overnight stay at Leh.
Day 4: Leh To Pangong
After breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, through Chang La Pass 17,350 ft, 3rd highest Motorable road in the world. Arrival at Camp. Later free time for leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. Overnight stay at Pangong.
Day 5: Pangong To Leh
Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun Rise on lake. After breakfast drive back to Leh. Enroute visit Thikse Monastery and Shey Palace. Overnight stay at Leh.
Day 6: Leh To Nubra Valley
After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (Highest motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft). Post lunch, enjoy the camel safari at Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hundur Village. Overnight stay at Nubra Valley.
Day 7: Nubra Valley To Leh
After breakfast visit Deskit Monastery (Big Buddha), where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley and drive back to Leh by same route, crossing Khardung La Pass. Overnight stay at Leh.
Day 8: Leh To Tsomoriri
Morning after breakfast drive to Tsomoriri Lake by passing Chumathang (Hot Spring) along the Indus River. Evening take a walk around the lake to enjoy the scenic beauty. Overnight stay at Tsomoriri.
Day 9: Tsomoriri To Leh
Morning after breakfast leave to Leh passing Puga (Sulphur Mine), Tsokar Lake, Taklang La Pass 17,585ft, 2nd highest motorable road in the world. Arrival at Leh by evening. Overnight stay at Leh.
Day 10: Leh Departure
Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to home. Journey Ends.
