Day 01 : Arrival At Cochin
You will be met by our representative at Cochin airport or railway station and be driven to your hotel. Local sightseeing to Matancherry, Marine drive and end your day with a visit to Fort Cochin where you will see one of the rarest sights in the country, the Chinese fishing nets used for an unusual form of fishing. Overnight Cochin.
Day 02 : Transfer To Allepey
Check out after breakfast and drive to Allepey. Detour to Kumarakom to see the Kumarakom bird sanctuary. Proceed to Allepey after lunch, check into your beach resort. Enjoy a Shikara boat ride on the backwaters. Use the rest of the day chilling on Allepey beach. Overnight Allepey.
Day 03 : Alleppey
After breakfast get the real taste of Kerala by checking into your Deluxe houseboat. Get your first proper glimpses of the backwaters by taking a day trip to Kutanad Lake. Enjoy authentic Kerala meals as your houseboat anchors late in the evening. Overnight houseboat.
Day 04 : Transfer To Thekkady
After breakfast start your journey to Thekkedy through a very picturesque route. Check into your hotel lunch at Thekkedy town. In the evening enjoy the spice plantation tour followed by an Elephant ride. Head back to the hotel and sleep early as will have to leave very early in the morning the next day. Ovenight Thekkady.
Day 05 : Thekkady
You will be picked up at 5 AM in the morning and be driven to Gavi to enjoy a full day outing in the wild. Jeep safari followed by a short, picturesque and easy trek followed by boating and tea + snacks by a waterfall. Back to your hotel by 5 PM. Use the rest of the day to relax and enjoy the views from your hotel room. Ovenight Thekkady.
Day 06 : Transfer To Munnar
After breakfast begin your journey to Munnar. Neon green coloured flora, cool breeze and amazing scenery all around welcomes you to Munnar. Visit the famous Matupetty dam, tea museum followed by a Kathakali and Martial arts (Kalaripayatu) performance which showcases the true culture of Kerala. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 07 : Munnar
After breakfast visit the Rajamalai National Park where you may spot the endangered Nilgiri Thar, followed by echo point, top station or Annamudi which happens to be the highest point in South India. Head back to your hotel after a visit to Kundala dam Overnight Munnar.
Day 08 : Transfer To Cochin Airport / Railway Station
Check out after breakfast and be transferred to the airport/railway station at Cochin. Trip ends at the airport/railway with a fantastic travel experience.
