About the trip
A complete UK tour meant for those travelers who wish to completely cover the best of UK and Scotland. The tour covers all the major sights in UK, while staying at comfortable 4 star hotels in major cities (within a radius of 16-20 km from the city center). Travelers will have access and free time to enjoy cities on their own and also indulge in shopping. There is a experienced tour manager (speaks Hindi and English) accompanying the group who will guide them for whatever they need on trip. All meals (lunches and dinners) are included and shall be done at Indian restaurants.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Fly Into London, The Financial, Political And Cultural Heart Of Britain.
- Welcome to London - capital of England and United Kingdom. On arrival, you will be met by your Tour Manager/Local Representative outside the customs area, who will welcome you and take you to your hotel (Check-in time is after 3.00 pm). Overnight in London.

Day 2: Guided City Tour Of London, Ride The London Eye, Visit The Famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum
- Today we proceed to explore the city of London with our expert local guide. You will see important landmarks like the Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Tower Bridge, River Thames, Hyde Park and many more. Witness the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace (subject to operation). Next we proceed to visit the renowned Madame Tussauds wax museum. Be enthralled by the world’s largest wax collection of famous personalities. Later we will proceed to visit London eye, one of the many iconic highlights of the city. Enjoy scenic views of the city while you ride the London eye. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the United Kingdom, standing at 135 meters tall overlooking the river Thames and the beautiful city of London.

Day 3: Guided Windsor Castle And Transfer To Birmingham, Uncover A World Of Chocolates At Cadbury World
- Today, drive to Windsor and enjoy a guided tour of the Windsor Castle – the Royal Residence and the venue of the wedding of Prince Harry. Later we proceed to Birmingham. Uncover a world of chocolate delights at Cadbury World. From learning how your favourite confectionery is made and uncovering the fascinating story of Cadbury chocolate, to playing in chocolate rain and adding your favourite treat to a delicious pot of warm liquid Cadbury Dairy Milk. You'll discover the origins of the cocoa bean amidst trees and waterfalls in the Aztec Jungle, before jumping on board the magical Cadabra ride and visiting the brand new 4D Chocolate Adventure zone, a 4D cinema experience featuring Cadbury's most popular characters. Overnight stay in Birmingham.

Day 4: Lake District, Windermere And Boat Ride – Transfer To Glasgow
- Today, visit the Lake district, With 12 of the largest lakes in England, this is truly one of Britain’s breathing spaces. Enjoy a scenic steam train ride. Later, board a romantic cruise on the Lake Windermere, the largest natural lake in England. Later we drive to your hotel in Glasgow and check-in. Overnight in Glasgow.

Day 5: Edinburgh Full Day Tour And Edinburgh Castle, Glasgow City Tour
- Today drive to the Edinburgh capital city of Scotland. On arrival, proceed on a guided city tour of Edinburgh. See the Royal Mile - Edinburgh’s mile long street linking the famous Edinburgh castle, Queen’s residence and Scott monument. Next we take a guided tour of Edinburgh Castle (entrance included). See the Arthur Seat and the St. Giles Cathedral. Later return back to Glasgow and proceed for a city tour of Glasgow. See the George Square, Glasgow Cathedral and Glasgow Science Centre and many more sights on your tour. Overnight in Glasgow.

Day 6: Lochness, Glen Coe And Highlands, Loch Lomond, Beautiful Luss Village
- Toady after breakfast, head North out, of the hustle and bustle of the city to the famous hiking village of Tynndrum which sits in the shadow of Glencoe. On arrival, we could grab a coffee at the famous Green Welly Stop.
- From there we shall continue through Glencoe pass where we will be making many stops to take in the stunning scenery and some nice pictures! Glencoe was also featured in the James Bond film, Skyfall. We stop here for photos.
- We then make our way North again to Fort Augustus, which sits on the waters edge of Loch Ness. Once there, take an hour boat tour around the lake, or otherwise do some shopping!
- Finally, on our way back to Glasgow, we head along the banks of Loch Lomond making a final stop by Luss village, a perfect place to see the Loch in all its glory.
- Return back to Glasgow for overnight stay.

Day 7: Transfer To Manchester - Visit Manchester United Stadium
- Today, we drive to Manchester. On arrival, proceed on a guided tour of Manchester United stadium. Go behind the scenes of Old Trafford on this unique stadium tour. (Tours will not operate on Match Days). Later proceed on an orientation tour of Manchester. Overnight in Manchester.

Day 8: Visit Oxford - Spend Time Shopping At The Bicester Village - Transfer To London
- Today we check out and leave back for London. On our way back we drive to Oxford and pass by the famous universities you have read in books. It is a beautiful city of stunning architecture, history and culture. You’ll find ancient and modern colleges, fascinating museums and galleries, and plenty of parks, gardens and green spaces in which to relax.
- After lunch we visit Bicester Village outside London to do some shopping. Once you arrive, enjoy plenty of time to explore the high-end boutiques and designer stores, all offering incredible discounts on top brands. The shops are arranged in a quaint village-themed layout, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
- When you need a break from shopping, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants where you can refuel with delicious food and drinks. Later we reach London for overnight stay.

Day 9: Fly Back Home
- After breakfast check-out, the group will travel by private coach to one of London's airports for return flight back home.

What to Expect
Expand- Please note hotels provided shall be located in outskirts of cities (usually 18 - 25 km from city center).
- All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach.
- Maximum room occupancy in Europe is 3 persons in a room.
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
- Room sizes of hotels you can expect 4 stars (190 sq ft - 230 sq ft).
- Please note hotels in Europe don't provide free water bottles. Tap water is usually drinkable across Europe.
- Please note we provide one stop airlines to UK (into and out of London) from DEL, BOM and BLR.
- Please note we may provide up to 2 stop airlines to UK (into and out of London) from AMD, CCU, HYD and MAA.
- All airlines provided will include 30 Kg of check-in baggage and in-flight meals.
- Please note we do guarantee Visa appointments, however we don't have any control over the decision of Visa being granted or not.
- There will be group arrival transfer organized from London in the evening on day of arrival (which is included) based on flights landing between 6 pm - 7:30 pm. Passengers may have to wait accordingly.
- There will be group departure transfer organized on the day of departure from London (which is included). Please make sure the flight departure is after 5 pm.
Exclusions
Expand- Tipping is expected from anyone providing your service e.g. Coach Driver, Local Guides, etc. It is mandatory to tip a nominal amount of GBP 3 per person/per day. For the entire duration of this tour which is 9 Days, the total Tips amount is GBP 27 per person to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.
- Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
- Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
Terms and Conditions
Expand- Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 30,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
- Post Booking within 1 week an additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person needs to be paid.
- For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
- Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
- In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
- In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 40,000 and the balance will be refunded.
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
- The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
- Within 15 days - 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
- Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
- In case passenger is joining directly, the arrival and departure transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
