These properties are ideal for families as well as groups.Boasting excellent access to the safe, sandy Blue Flag beach, there are three styles of villa from which to choose. The first style is a family villa with panoramic views overlooking the landscaped patio and barbeque area. Upstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge with more great views. Downstairs you’ll find one family bedroom with a double and a single bed, as well as en-suite bathroom. There is also a second family bedroom with one double and one single bed with an adjacent shower room and toilet.The second type again has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge upstairs but it leads into a conservatory with sea view. The couch in the living room can convert into double bed. Downstairs there is one double room with an en-suite bathroom and one twin room with an adjacent shower room and toilet. There is also decking to the front.The third style has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and shower room and toilet downstairs. Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a double, twin and single bedroom. There is a sun patio off the living room.The complex, with a public telephone and private car parking, is within walking distance of hotels, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, children’s playground and Rosslare's 30-hole golf links. The complex’s own fashionable boutique, ‘The French Connection Rosslare’, is also nearby.Families may also enjoy the crazy golf, swings, trampolines and adventure playground which are close by.
