Access to the house is via a private automatic gated entrance. The house has four large en-suite bedrooms [a mix of double and twin bedded rooms] which sleeps a maximum of 8 persons. These can be configured as needed, at most three doubles and one twin. The Master Bedroom has a covered balcony from where one can enjoy the wonderful views of Roney Point, the beach and it's hinterland. It's large bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The second large double bedroom on the ground floor has french doors which open onto the garden. The other two bedrooms have their own en suite shower room/W.C The kitchen is enormous and is equipped with every modern convenience one could wish for and more! It also has a very large breakfast area. It has a very stylish tiled floor and top quality wooden chairs with a very large wooden dining table. It is also fitted with dish washer, washing machine, and an integrated vacuum cleaning system, microwave, hob, oven and grill. A full complement of cooking utensils and crockery, along with high chair and child friendly tableware is provided. The Living /Dining room is very expansive and has wonderful views out over the garden and across the bay. The floors are timber and the ceiling is double vaulted with exposed beams. French doors from the dining area open onto the paved patio area which also features wooden patio furniture. There is a stereo (MP3 compatible and with iphone dock), television with a range of satellite channels, DVD player with a selection of films, a large open fireplace, with a private bar and refrigerator to the side. There are three ample couches arranged around a large coffee table.The dining area has wonderful views onto the private garden and the sea. The stairs from the living area leads upto an open landing that overlooks this Living/Dining Room area and provides access to the two bedrooms upstairs and a reading area. Comfortable, occasional chairs are provided in all bedrooms for quiet time and reading. All linen (duvets) and towels included. A fire pack is provided on arrival and additional fire fuel is available locally .Gas fired water heating and full solar energy central heating is provided. Outside there isparking for three cars at the front of the house. The rear garden has furniture and a barbeque. In addition there is a shared all weather tennis court. No pets unless by prior agreement/arrangement. This excludes guide dogs. During your stay, there is on site support, you will be greeted on arrival and given what information you will need to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
