The Lutheran Church is celebrating its 425th anniversary in Amsterdam, with a host of special celebrations taking place over the Whitsun weekend of Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 May at the Oude Lutherse Kerk on the Spui.Historic buildingFrom 10:00 to 16:00 on both days, this beautiful church will be opento all, offering guests free guided tours, a little market, musicalperformances, children’s entertainment and foot massages. Aspecial boat trip will also depart from the church to show otherimportant Lutheran locations in the city, such as the remarkableKoepelkerk on the Singel.
