45 bistro restaurant is located adjacent to the historic Marshall House Hotel in the heart of downtown Savannah's historic district,and offers a unique venue for a variety of private events and public dinning. originally built in 1852, our space includes three private rooms,which allow us to house events ranging for six guests to over two hundred and fifty guests .The entire building was renovated in 1999, effectively restoring the facility to its former grandeur.
