it is close t the city center, it is cheap and the cut is ok. price is 15 Ron. in Romania it is usualy to give a tip. 15 Ron+ 5 Ron 20 ron / 5 Euro. It is no fashion, stylish cut, just normal. also you will find hair-cut/salons on the Shopping/City Promenada Mall, even sunday!
