At Adesso Bistro we take a modern approach to the traditional cuisine of Italy's Ligurian region, a refreshing return to food made with love, tradition and soul. Our goal is to create an experience for our guests that will capture the essence of Adesso's unique regional cuisine. Our menu features such items as pizza Tartufo (black truffle fonduta, new potatoes, onions and house-made unsmoked bacon)and enticing entrées including braised Lamb Shanks served with artichokes and white beans, roasted Sablefish marinated in marsala, and Cornish Hen with chestnuts and black truffles. Pasta, from Tagliatelle to Pansotti, is complemented with a variety of tasty accompaniments, from Berkshire pork to wild mushrooms, fresh seafood to sage butter.
