Located off the lobby of the Coral Beach Resort, this is the top Italian restaurant in Sharjah. It's also one of the city's only fine-dining options, with just a handful of tables in a Tuscan-inspired setting and an open kitchen with a glowing brick oven. Begin with the beef carpaccio or fish soup, depending on where your mood is, and continue with the filet of hammour (a type of grouper fish) served with a saffron mustard vinaigrette or lamb chops accompanied by hearty vegetables in a tomato basil sauce. If you're willing to stray from the tiramisu, I'd suggest topping off your meal with the torta de pannini, a bread pudding with vanilla sauce. No wine is served here, and you'll find the food prices considerably lower than at comparable Dubai restaurants.
