About

The food here is average, but you couldn't ask for a more wonderful setting in which to dine: a 600-year-old building with covered terraces overlooking the sea and a spectacular view of the Tel Aviv coastline. The building's interior (at one point in its long history a Turkish bath) is decorated with exotic metalwork. This is the place to order a selection of Middle Eastern salads with pita bread, or have a slow unhurried meal of grilled fish or meat while watching the sunset. The atmosphere is informal and congenial and there's a good selection of wines, teas, and coffees.
