This is a traditional and worth (quality & price) restaurante in La Paz city. It is located downtown and it offers a wide variety of typical Bolivian dishes. At midday many officers attend the restaurant as the daily fixed menu , called "almuerzo", is also a good option. Nevertheless, try the especilities as the "chicharron" (pork ribs seasoned with garlic, oregano and lemon, served with black potatoes and corn), the "fritanga" (pork ribs in a hot source, served with potatoes and corn) and the "Pique Alaya" (bite-sized pieces of beef, hot dog type sausage, and french fry-cut potatoes, combined with cut onions, locoto, boiled egg, mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup) . These plates should se shared at least by two people if you are not Bolivian.
