This place is not quite as good as Sports Mall in Mohandiseen (below), but it's definitely more convenient if you're staying in Zamalek. Alfa Market is pretty close to being a full-blown department store. Sporting goods -- which range from sneakers to snorkeling gear -- are on the top floor, with a whole world of housewares and general groceries on the first two floors.
