This mellow restaurant offers excellent fish and seafood dishes with a view of the Bosphorus from the Asian side. The Angel is a classy place, patronized by Üsküdar's well-heeled locals and tourists who have spent the day sightseeing. The chef prides himself on his exquisite fresh lobster dishes and superb baked fish. Formal looking waiters dressed in black and white glide around the room doing such a good job that guests are left with a feeling of having been thoroughly spoiled.
