The gallery was first open in May 2006, run by Damon Papakiriakou—an artist, sculptor, and musician, and his wife Emily, an English teacher. Their own free time spent and their own effort applied resulted in the unprecedented event of small-scale multicultural integration.Artists started coming to visit the Park and contribute to this unofficial art feast.
