French Restaurant ,Auberge Chiang Mai French & Steak restaurant is a newly formed branch of the main Auberge restaurant in Bangkok and is offering the same high quality standards of food and service.
Auberge also provides an outstandingly tasty cuisine. Among the fine dishes served at both lunch and dinner are a la carte sets. Highly recommended are Pan Fried Duck Liver with Peach Sauce, Roasted Duck Leg Confit, Mushrooms and Bacon and French Onion Soup. Recently, Auberge launched a special promotion on a lunch set menu with two courses plus soft drinks (450 baht), and a larger set with three courses plus fruit punch (550 baht). There is also a selection of fine wines guaranteed by the owner, who is the first in Thailand to be awarded Sommelier status.
