Opposite Hainan Teachers' University, in a desolate part of town with seemingly even more Lanweilou (unfinished office towers) this local expat hangout resides in what used to be the penthouse of the Xi Long Hotel. Geoff does thick juicy burgers and steaks of a wide variety while the few remaining expats sit around sharing tales of woe.
