Ayer Keroh Country Club Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia as a public company on 22nd April 1994 under the Companies Act, 1965. The Company acquired Ayer Keroh Country Club (AKCC) the same year, a society registered under the Societies Act on 3rd August 1964. It is primarily a golf club which provided, amongst a 27 hole golf course, other sporting and recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, bar lounge, tennis, squash, table tennis, billiards and a gymnasium.
