Ayub's in Fort needs no introduction to the party hopping night birds of South Mumbai. Well into the night, slinky cars, slinkier babes and cool dudes crowd the narrow by-lanes of this deserted office area, drawn by the spicy aroma of kebabs cooking on the coal-fired, makeshift metal barbecues. Young waiters (sporting "Ayub's" on their shirts) expertly weave in and out of double parked cars, taking orders for their hot selling (pun intended; you eat as they come off the coals) Boti Kebab, Veg Paneer Tikka and Mushroom Tikka.
