Bade Miyan Kheer is a Street Food/Chaat food and is located at Lal Kuan, Hauz Qazi. The Kheer shop is bang opposite the mosque called Masjid Badal Beg. Unlike the grainy Kheer that is made at home, Bade Miyan blends the rice, milk and dry fruits together. The paste is then cooked to become a thick Kheer - a beautiful shade of light brown; something that you haven't tasted in ages.
