The museum was once a royal house and was restored most of it converted into a museum and cultural centre. The museum showcases beautiful chambers which once existed furnished with artifacts. The haveli has many examples of décor, frescoes, mirrors and glass inlay work, balconies, jharokas, decorative archways, cupolas and a unique fountain apart from courtyards.
