This restaurant at Komala Vilas is a modern-day restaurant in the very old South Indian locality around. Bright and hygienic, Banana Leaf has garnered quite a following for its down-home South Indian staples. Good to land up for breakfast, but for weekends it would be a good idea to call and make reservations ahead or you might have to wait for a table. The Mysore Masala Dosa, Vada Curry, Appam and the thalis (wholesome and filling) will leave you asking for more. The lightly fried mini idlis make a great snack.
