The queue outside Bar-B-Q on a weekend or even on a weekday, will give you a fair idea of their popularity. This is a reputed family restaurant on the food map of Kolkata because of their consistent food, quick service and incredible pricing. The Chinese section is the one full up first with their Vegetable Pan-fried Noodles, Burnt Ginger Capsicum-fried Rice, Tofu in Hot Garlic, Mandarin Fish, Konjee Crispy Lamb, Shredded Chicken Green Pepper and Kung Pao Prawns. The Indian menu looks limited in comparison but covers all with Chelo Kebabs (for lunch only), Tandoori Prawns, Chicken Saag, Mutton Rogan Josh and Masala Kulcha. Don't leave before you try the traditional Tutti Frutti (large of course!) or the Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce.
