The Bargaco started what would be the landmark of Bahian food and seafood in Brazil.  Today, the restaurant has several branches throughout the country.  In addition to the consolidation of our brand, the larger goal of Bargaco, according to its creator, is to continue being a benchmark of quality in the cuisine of the country in March.
