Our Baujee, who grew up slurping over the flavors of life in the streets of Masjid Fatehpuri, had dreamt of starting a delicious delight of his own. After having worked and retired from Claridges, he got an opportunity to steal the heart and tongue of Delhi in 1998 when he put his passion altogether and gifted the city "The famous Baujee ka Dhaba" . He wanted to give a rebirth to one of the most popular kitchens of pre-independent India- Shahjahan Puri Hotel of which his childhood had experienced the taste quite a lot.
