The most exclusive (and expensive) of three sister eateries housed in the same building, the Börsen Restaurant Maître serves up a host of continental dishes that include exotic meats, such as venison, duck, and foie gras. The place is known for its traditional French food and great collection of wines. The ambiance is nothing if not elegant (in contrast to the other dining rooms, which are rather loud and cheery), and the dress code rather formal, so whip out those Armani suits, gentlemen!
