Bermondsey is an absolutely fabulous market if you are hunting for silver items, but there are plenty of other antiques. Open Friday's 4 am - 3 pm but vendors usually take down their stands around 12 noon, so get there early. Then take a walk along Tower Bridge Road and pop into the many antique shops. Have lunch along the Thames.
