Spread over two storeys, with a huge car parking area, there are two things that you don't have to worry about at the 500-seater Big Boss. One is parking your car and the other is the food, which is not bad. Big Boss is one of those places in Tangra where the owners had to shut down their tannery business and set up a restaurant. The dishes cater to the local taste of extra spicy Schezwan. Other than the recently introduced Dragon Chicken, non-vegetarians mainly focus on their fish and prawn preparations. Big Boss also stands out for their elaborate vegetarian offerings. Dishes like Singapore Paneer, Hakka Paneer and Kung Pao Paneer keep the vegetarian footfalls high.
