This restaurant is not mere "hotel dining," but a step above that. Part of its allure derives from the cozy decor with dark woods and photos of Mexico, and part of it derives from savory preparations of such local ingredients as elk, beefsteak, venison, chicken, and veal. The menu changes with the seasons, but the best specialties include Mexican pepper steak with three kinds of pepper, served with fried tomatoes and corn, or three lamb chops in a rosemary sauce. You can also order grilled chicken breast on a bed of onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
