Gourmet gelato and sorbet maker Jessica Oloroso has opened her Wicker Park store with a bang, and her unusual flavor combinations may surprise you. You'll get to choose from varieties like cocoa nib with toasted pecan, Mexican hot chocolate, goat cheese cashew caramel, and sesame fig chocolate chip. Oloroso is the former pastry chef at Scylla, so when she hands you a grapefruit peppercorn soda and a gelato cookie sandwich, TAKE IT!
