Blue Nile

Tempelhofer Ufer 6

About

A spacious restaurant with wooden stools, wicker chairs and typical knee-high Ethiopian wicker tables. Discreet lighting, Ethiopian music and pleasant service add to the relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant offers European dishes such as spaghetti, but real gourmets will choose from the selection of African dishes, many of which are vegetarian. Traditionally, Ethiopians eat with their hands and the waiters are fond of inviting guests to do the same. In the evening at weekends, guests are invited to take part in a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony to round off their meal.
