Bogo Public Market is the main market of Northern Cebu. Market days are every day, Sunday thru Saturday and basically all daylight hours. Fresh fish, meat, eggs, fruits and vegetables are the main attraction but there are hundreds of vendors with all sorts of goods at reasonable prices. Main market days are Thursday and Sunday and you can find fresh butchered beef on Thursdays. The dried fish here is very fresh and very affordable. Lots of native products available here at very reasonable prices also. There are lots of beggers so be prepared to give them small coins or ignore them. There is the new Bogo City Bus Terminal at the back of the market so public transportation is plentiful. It is also located near the Prince Warehouse Department Store that takes credit cards.
