Award-winning chef Adrian Spelman has always kept his fine seafood restaurant high on the charts, despite ever-increasing competition. Set squarely in the bustle of Dún Laoghaire's busy seafront, this restaurant, elegantly converted from the old Kingstown terminal building, has been a benchmark for south Dublin cuisine -- including fresh seafood and creative meat dishes -- since 1971. Unfortunately, there have been a few grumbles about slipping standards of service here lately, so we hope this place isn't resting on it's laurels.
