This traditional brewery on Wielandstraße in Pempelfort, is a veritable institution: filled with business people and tourists from noon onwards, Brauerei-Ausschank Frankenheim is known for its wonderful Frankenheim Alt beer. Hungry visitors should accompany their beer with the beerhappen - a selection of snacks - or one of the hearty main dishes like schweinshaxe (roast pork). The beer garden is particularly pleasant.
