We start our visit by driving along the magnificent St. Michaels' cathedral towards the Laeken district : we see the Royal Residence, the Chinese Pavillion, the Japanese Tower and the world-famous Atomium. Further to the national Basilica of Koekelberg, with its splendid art-deco interior and one of the most imposing churches in the world. Situated on a hill, 2 lifts bring us some 53 meters above the ground where you will have a splendid view on the city.
