Bulletin Place is causing a cocktail storm with famed bartender Tim Philips from Hemmesphere Cocktail Bar at the helm. Together with industry veterans and business partners Adi Ruiz and Robb Sloan, the trio inject lightning bolts into Sydney's small bar scene. Situated on the first floor of a heritage building and boasting recycled, earthy decor, the venue features a daily cocktail menu written on butcher's paper behind the bar that follows the rhythm of the seasons. For wine lovers a biodynamic list will offer select NSW drops, but the award-winning tipples make for fierce competition.
