Bunga Raya Café

Jalan Bunga Raya, No. 155

About

On the edge of Chinatown, this gaudily painted, small café serves a nocturnal crowd of wandering tourists and regular patrons. Billing itself as a "House of Wine", rows of empty wine bottles are lined up above the door entrance as part of the décor. Inside it is dark with barely enough space for half a dozen small tables, compensated only by an unobstructed view of the bustling thoroughfares outside. Food choices consist of snacks and light local and Western meals, including common dishes like fried rice, fried noodles, and some Nyonya fare. Beer and table wines are on tap.
