A recent arrival on the Beyoglu scene, Bursa serves up an excellent rendition of the Iskender kebab with tons of sizzling melted butter. Iskender is made up of thin slices of roasted lamb upon a layer of freshly baked 'pide' a bread with spiced tomato sauce, yoghurt and a salad garnish. The place also has an extensive Türkish pizza (lahmacun) menu. Other good reasons to come are the friendly waiters and efficient service. The upstairs tables offer views of the busy pedestrian street outside.
