Small, homely, warm and inviting. Situated in an alley way amongst other cafes, the atmosphere here is one of the best things about it. The small space in which it occupies works for it rather than against it. To describe it in one word would be 'comfortable'. Whilst the meals are good at Essen, the focus is on the coffee, they have a wide range of beans to choose from, are well made and fast.
