Two slices of bacon, garlic mayo, gooey cheese and BBQ sauce...all this tops California Grill's signature Mofo burger. While Taipei is now littered with as many burger joints as there are Starbucks and McDonalds, California Grill was the one to set off the trend. The restaurant uses all-American beef, fresh ingredients and has a nice beer selection. The tofu burger is the best in town, and everything comes open faced, looking way to big to possibly fit in your mouth. You can choose from either regular or whole grain buns, both made from scratch in house. Even with the higher quality ingredients than many other burger restaurants in Taipei, California Grill is on the affordable side.
