This restaurant has its own fish tank, so fresh fish and seafood are one of the specialities. For example, in November they hold a fantastic gastronomic week dedicated to cod when they cook it in every way imaginable. The meat and paellas are also excellent. However, if you want to try one of their excellent typical dishes, it is best to call ahead so they can start preparing it. An interesting fact: it is one of the few restaurants on the island to have an air-conditioned wine cellar, which means the quality of its wines is always unquestionably high.
