DESCRIPTION
An estate producing extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina variety olives. Harvesting is done entirely by hand and the oil is made using the cold press method and using only mechanical means, within 12 hours of harvesting. Can Nefra is a member of the "Oli d'E" certification seal, which identifies and safeguards extra virgin olive oil produced in Ibiza.
