Carnaval

Carnaval is the Indian speciality restaurant at the Ramada Caravela Beach Resort. They do a smattering of dishes from all over the country but it's mostly rich and spicy North Indian curries like Chicken Tikka Masala, Dal Makhni, Murgh Makhani Masala, paired with some hot and fluffy naans and rotis that people come here for. It's lamb, chicken, fish, seafood and vegetables on offer, along with aromatic biryanis. The Kadhai Lobster is one of the specials here and hugely popular with foreign tourists.
